Finished my 5k races for the season and got my glass!
Well I did it, I competed three 5k races this year! I even got a personal best on the last 5k, under 30 minutes! (I owe thanks to Kristy, she is such an inspiration and really helped me push through the last race)!
Goal reached!! 165 pounds and 38 pounds lost!
I did it! I reached my goal weight, and I'm pretty excited about it. I can honestly say I am happy at this weight! I haven't been at this weight in over 7 years!
