It was a pretty good week. Lost 5 pounds and stayed on my nutritional plan. Result: 5 pounds lost. That puts me at 9 pounds for the month. Very happy with the results, so far. HOOAAA!!... Read more
The new saddle continued to hurt. Fortunately, I had a flat tire. The latter forced me to finish my ride quicker than programmed. Did well on the nutritional side. HOOAAA!!

The high winds and the pouring rain made for an interesting bike ride. Nutritionally we did OK. Went a bit over the daily allowance, but the the high calorie burn more than made up for it. Overall, a good day. HOOAAA!!
