What a pain this was!! I planned everything for the week, breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. For the most part, breakfast n lunch were simple, cause they were the same most days.

Yea me! I managed my calories today! I was 1 calorie under my high end of my calories! :) I got my water in, and I got both my morning and evening yoga in. :)
