Fewer and Farther Between
I've been absent more and more lately... lots of work... summer activities are already in full swing (and it's still technically spring!)... I'm working out more, FINALLY!... etc. I've continued getting into SP every day or so to log ... Read more
A couple quick things for the week:
1) BIG error in last week's blog... I was shooting for 1500 calories burned, NOT 1500 minutes of exercise. HUGE difference there. Yipes.

Okay, so I've just spent three weeks having almost no discipline in my exercise and my eating. Before that, I took three weeks off for travel. Before that, I completed ten weeks of barely keeping up with my exercise and barely making my calorie... Read more
Not much to add since last week's post, other than UGH. I had a "weak" week... I didn't meet my exercise or my calorie goals. I was lazy in my discipline, and looking at the scale this weekend was a wake-up call.

Gone Until New Year... and not a good start!

Catching Up - Weeks 18-20

Week 18 - Spark Holiday

Week 15-16 - Hard Lessons
