12-19-12 Feeling a little under the weather
Why is it when you find a nice workout stride, something tries to derail you. Oh well, I won't come to a complete stop, but I'll lower my intensity.

12-18-12 Another workout done!
I think I am on a roll now. I've added my strength training regularly to my cardio workouts, and it feels darn good.
Legs are a little tight after the 50 weighted squats, but it will be a delicious reminder that my body is working. Read more

I'm back to early morning exercise, and it was no easy feat. Overly joyed to know that I am making my health a priority before the sun even rises. It surely is/was one of the hardest routines to regain, but I am so loving it.
