Trouble Goal - what I have trouble accomplishing
The goal that I have the most trouble accomplishing is exercising 30 minutes a day. When I have it has resulted in my knees hurting awfully.

Time with my husband

Getting on track again
I just did 25 minutes on my stationary bike, and boy did it feel good. I think that my body is beginning to talk to me about how good exercise is for it, the way my husband says, "I NEED to go to the gym". It feels good to exercise now.

Value of family relationships
