I feel good about this week. I got in a lot of exercise, burned a lot of calories!! I ate pretty well. Drank my water. I just feel good. When I'm awake, I'm really awake. When I'm tired, it's time for bed. It feels regular, scheduled, good.

That nasty BMI. My doctor says he doesn't like it. I don't really either. It says I'm "obese" and I don't think I am, and my doctor agrees with me. Personally the doctor's opinion holds more water to me than the BMI.
