I led a yoga core class this past Monday.
I structured the class to be divided into two 15 minute sections: moving asanas, then floor work.
I think it was well received, but it's often difficult to gauge.

Today is my yoga core class.
Essentially, I'm using the first 15 minutes as a vinyasa warm-up, and the second 15 minutes as floor work.
I hope it's not too hard, but also not too easy.
