I totally got my best 5K time ever!
I finished 5K on the treadmill in 33:53, the first time I've gone under 34 minutes. (And 35+ had been more typical for me.)

The iron supplements really are helping - that might well be my best 5K time ever, and it's certainly the best I've had in a long time. When the anemia was at its worst, I had to slow down to a walk after jogging half a mile.
