Made it to goal weight!
Wow, even though I have been weighing almost every day because I have been so close it is still almost hard to believe that I made it to my goal weight today. It has taken me about one year and three months to lose 72 lbs.

Getting back on track

So this week has been ok so far. I have successfully stopped adding extra sugar to my coffee and just using creamer again. Walked everyday, except for today because it's raining. Eating has been good, but tracking could have been better.
