Friday - Friday was a great day. Did the treadmill for 30 minutes, 55 mins ST, workout videos and abs. I also ate great.

Thursday was another great day! I did my 1000 crunches, did 55 minutes of Pilates and 55 mins of dance aerobics plus 20 mins on the treadmill.

I did 25 mins on the treadmill, my lower body boot camp, 1000 crunches, 30 mins of step aerobics and 55 mins of dance aerobics - with a little bit of upper body ST mixed in.
