Well, I'm back and trying again. I've a bad shoulder, and knee problems, so I have to go easy. I am now having problems with my achilles tendon, but my doctor says I can exercise s-l-o-w-l-y IF I quit when it starts to hurt. So far, so good.

This has been a crazy week. We had several follow-up appointments after DH got out of the hospital.

a rough patch...
Had family members in the hospital this week , so I wasn't home much at all. Hospital cafeteria food for a couple of meals, but I had fruit, salads and water.

I know that Mondays have a bad rep, but not to me. In school I thought of them as a fresh start. A chance to redo that spelling test from the previous week or get a better grade on homework.

So far, my week is going great. I've stayed under my calorie limit, and I've had 8+ glasses of water everyday. I've done cardio every day except one.
