I think I have actually lost, but my water retention is so bad that it's hard to know. I don't understand why it's good for awhile and then goes wonky again. I've been watching the sodium and drinking lots of water. Oh well, I'll never give up on this. If I can lose 30lb, I can lose 30 more. They really do help and give me motivation to keep going. Theres nothing like hearing someone say that you're an inspiration to them, to hold you accountable.
