Incredible how much dark cloudy brown filth came out of it! I had to do two washings of it! It was doing a good job of removing the smoke from the air! Its a shame the filters are not available anymore for either of my hepa filter fans. Outrageous the companies do not support their own products!! These are good fa... More jiggling then I would prefer, but at least its reasonably clear.
I managed to take Windows 10 off no problem except my Google Chrome wouldn't work. Downloaded it again then it was fine. The big hassle was getting my camera to transfer files to my computer. So after studying it, I managed to get it to wirelessly transfer which took quite a long time :-( But it went into something called Map Utility. Well I could find no way of utilizing the phot... Wed, 2 Sep 2015 00:19:33 EST Attack Of The Killer Bugs! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5987633 I was watching some late night movies, Aliens & Cowboys alternating with Van Helsing (couldn't make up my mind) and had two mosquitoes try to bite me. Then I had this gigantic spider come straight for my feet, which were bare toed in sandals! 420 Stomp! Stomp! How much does it take to kill this sucker?? Stomp! Stomp! Get me the stake!! Well it was getting really late and I thought I would transition to laying on the couch with the lights off in case I wanted to drop the rem... Sun, 30 Aug 2015 20:50:13 EST Finally! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5986408 I was phoned by the Xeljanz people three times this morning to get it sorted away that they will deliver the drug to me this coming Thursday morning. I mentioned I will be leaving the country for a month, but they would not give me an extra bottle, preferring instead to see how I tolerate it first. They will be covering the entire cost of the drug for me until such time as it will appear on the Saskatchewan Formulary and then the cost would be taken over by the government. So here is hop... Fri, 28 Aug 2015 14:27:29 EST September Free http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5985408 My partner and I had a 53% game in bridge today, neither of us were on top of our game, so I don't feel so bad. She had to cancel our only game left before my trip in September. My mentor also cancelled all our games, so that leaves with no bridge games for September. That is okay, I would like to get everything in order before my trip. I would like to spend it at my Mom's, knowing that when I get back those beautiful green trails will be brown and covered with snow by then. But truth ... Wed, 26 Aug 2015 22:01:22 EST New Boots! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5984872 Nope, not winter ones. Just light hiking boots. I haven't worn them in many years since the toe problems. I used to wear a heavy leather, ankle high full hiking boot all the time, even in summer. The support it gave me walking on cement meant I could walk from end to end of the city and only feel tired, not sore. Then when the toe problems and surgery mess up happened I was stuck with one toe sticking up and only being able to wear soft running shoes too big for me to accommodate the to... Wed, 26 Aug 2015 00:36:08 EST May Have to Remove Windows 10 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5981839 I really liked how fast my system was and that you could now use Explorer with no hang ups, crashes or constant error messages. Windows 10 seemed like a winner.. ...Until I discovered I could not run any software, like my DVD player or camera. Why? Because some glitch asked to tap here to choose what to do with this device. I do not have a touch screen so this is a useless feature. I guess this was a big part of what they wanted Windows 10 to do is to switch back and forth between tab... Fri, 21 Aug 2015 00:53:06 EST My First Use of My Stove.. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5981224 I am of the microwave oven species. Its the only appliance I had when I first moved out on my own. Some wonderful soul in my building left me two ears of corn fresh from the fabled Taber farm, known for their incredible peaches & cream corn. I pondered what would happen if I tried to cook them in the microwave -instant popcorn? 334
At any rate, I did not have a pot big enough for them and had to borrow one from my Mom. I moved in this building eight years ago an... Thu, 20 Aug 2015 00:09:51 EST Tech Troubles!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5980599 I have been wrestling with tech troubles since I upgraded to Windows 10. I managed to download a driver for my camera but it still doesn't work. This after going to a recommended driver download site and discovering too late they expect you to pay for the service, had to deal with that popping up until I found where to remove the program from my system.
I discovered my DVD player was dead again. I couldn't find the software I had before so found another free one, but discovered i... Wed, 19 Aug 2015 00:47:58 EST
