I addition, I weeded all along the building as there is a patch of gravel that totally gets weeded over next to the building. The caretaker complimented me on being a good gardener. That prompted me to get busy and show the rest of the photos I took. I love flowers and greenhouses and this one is very special. <BR> At... Averaging 30 + C (86 F) when our usual is only 23 C (73 F) this time of year. This morning Mom calls out come see the red sun. Blanketing our city is a heavy forest fire haze. You can't even see across the river. The sun is blocked out, but the temperatures are still expected to get to 29 C (84 F) The Weather Channel mentions everyone else's fires from BC to the US! but not lowly forgotten Saskatchewan. Tue, 23 Jun 2015 15:56:57 EST Weekend http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5949528 Our Mayor's Marathon started out gloomy and spitting rain. Mom and I got there way too early and had to stand around for 90 min before our race start. There was no water to be found anywhere! We did get to chat with the Mayor himself. The race was not a big one, only 300 people with staggered starts for the various distances, so he was going around, personally thanking everyone for coming out. He was doing this to show support for our trail system. He actually did 53 km that day, ha... Tue, 23 Jun 2015 01:29:57 EST Busy Day Today, Tomorrow and This Weekend! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5946955 I started my morning off cleaning. First the hardest, vacuuming, always a challenge with my weak arms. Then the mopping, hard on my back. Was keeping my fingers crossed my right arm would hold up. Since I am doing barefoot workouts and am preferring to walk around barefoot on my tender feet, I wanted the floor as clean as possible and free of debris. The winds have been blowing hard here and its a choice of letting the dirt in or suffocating from the neighbor's smoke that floods my ap... Thu, 18 Jun 2015 00:39:01 EST
