I have worked out on in both Friday night and Saturday night for 1 hour each night. When I do this, how do I log it in the fitness/exercise tracker? I see there is a Gazelle with added resistance, but that is not the one I have. Would I log it under Cross Country Skiing? Walking? Or I read somewhere that it should be logged as an Eliptical? Now all of the sudden, I am really stressed and am doing horrible with my eating habits. It has been since Saturday and although I am trying, I can tell it is not going to be good. I gained. Not a lot, but some. I just wish the scale would have gone down, but trust me, I know why it did not. I admit since Thursday that things have not gone well for me and that I have been sort of stress eating. Not good. I have been diligent about not snacking too much, my problem has been putting too much food on my plate at meal time...I guess in some ways we are all guilty of that or we would need support from each other.
