Thu, 25 Apr 2013 15:31:59 EST Quarter Goal http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5308696 I'm happy to tell you that in the two months I've been back to Spark - I have met my quarter goal to get under 207 pounds!
It is a bittersweet accomplishment because I am still 4 pounds above where I was when I first started sparking back in 2010. But I want to mention the things that I can do at 206 pounds now (after 2 months of training) that I couldn't do at 203 pounds in 2010.

- I recognize a portion (bought a food scale, and now can "see" the portion without it)
- I... So that victory will have to wait a week! The good news is that since starting my challenge I have lost over twenty pounds and 9.3% of my body weight.
I was able to put on a pair of size 16 pants, and zip them. They are still a little tight in the tummy to wear to work, but I am getting close to dropping another pant size.
Maybe I can be in a 14 by this time in May!
I was a 12 or 13 throughout high school, and I had on... Last week I beat the guy on my team in percentage, which is always fun! I am really hoping to see myself under the 210 mark tomorrow at our weigh in!
Went to the store today to prep for a healthy eating week. My sweetie has really cut ack on asking or junk food, which has really helped me keep eating well.
Hope you all have a successful week! Sun, 24 Mar 2013 22:01:54 EST Minor changes http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5292954 Trainer man increased my carbs ( aim for 140 ) and my protein ( aim for 120 ). Just five more weeks till our final weigh in.
I'm going to try and push under 200, but I'd love to get to 185 before May!
Feeling a little obsessed. Between weight loss, wedding, and thinking about trying for a baby. My mother told me that I should wait till I'm 140 before we try, but that seems so arbitrary?
