I couldn't seem to shake a cold and just needed some balancing, so I went for an appointment on Friday. My digestion was out of whack and with lots of activity in my life, Dana had lots to work with. But one day later I was on the treadmill and this morning I did a 30 minute cardio/strength workout. Feelin' so good!!! <BR> <BR> I know there are doubters out there, but this is what works for me! Hope that doesn't mean I'll be shopping too. Yeah, right! I'm visiting my home town and there is a HUGE mall not too far from where I'm staying. And it's the only place (besides the internet) to find my favorite candy from childhood, Bissenger's Candy. Chocolate covered molasses lollipops! A huge yum factor! Decided to do Kathy Smith's Total Body Turnaround, the 20 minute cardio and strength portion. But I did it! I did two aerobic miles from an exercise DVD. It's 30 minutes of yoga with weights, so it's a full body sculpting workout. Great fun and really works the muscles. (A really good workout!) But it didn't feel right not exercising today. Withdrawal? So I just did 40 minutes, 2+ miles on the treadmill, burned 176 calories and walked about 4600 steps.
