The timing was very good, since I've had a difficult week; even gaining 1 pound. The last few weeks have been quite stressful and I'm finding it difficult to stick with my goals. I've done the first two videas and I really liked them. They are very quick and easy, but get my blood pumping. I'm going to have to do something about my knees though. I can't seem to do squats without some pain. I've been ignoring this problem for a while, (Luckily there is only pain with certain movements.
