Unfortunately, from then until now, I have averaged only 3x per week to get in exercise because work has been so hectic. Working 7 days per week for 12 to 15 hours per day is not a recipe for feeling motivated to exercise - I have been lucky to keep up with chores that need doing at home during this period.
