But once I upped it to 5 miles I just really lost focus. I had enjoyed the 10k. The 5 miles was a chore and I just didn't want to do it. I forced myself to do it for over a month and then just gave up. I still wore my fitbit to track what I did do. It was nowhere near the 10k a day that I had been doing. I have taken 2 weeks off and I plan on getting back to it this weekend. I will gradually build back up like I did before and be thrilled with the 10k. That is w... I don't like being on medication. So losing weight has been a real challenge for me. I can't use the treadmill or the Wii. I got a recumbent bicycle. I have been trying to make myself use it. What I need to do is get on a schedule of sorts to remember to do ... Mon, 13 Sep 2010 20:40:40 EST No More http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2971145 I have given up wheat a week ago Friday. Since I gave up high fructose corn syrup and been eating healthier, I have been feeling better. I got to thinking that I am consuming a ton of processed flour. It is in 70% of everything I'm eating. Pasta, bread, croutons, bread crumbs, tortilla's, pizza, buns, on and on the list goes. So I have not eaten anything that has flour in it. I have eaten brown rice flour crisps. Now I am not giving up carbs. I am still eating potatoes and rice. This is makin... I don't like the way I look..... big body and little head, the only reason my head doesn't look really out of proportion.....Is because of my hair..... Well, now I understand why everyone was so freaked out when I cut my hair about 1 1/2 ago...... I must have looked really funny. It was down my back to my shoulders in a matter of a 20 minute hair cut. Wow, it is really surprising to see my self like this.... I guess tha... Sat, 26 Jan 2008 23:18:28 EST The begining http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=938745 I have a belly dancing dvd that I bought months ago that I am going to watch tonight and see if I can become famous....
