I started off with 30 minutes on a stationary bike. I went over to the circuit training and completed the 30 minute workout. What next, lets go to the treadmill. I started out on a 6 speed and jogged that for a solid mile, I felt great . Lets continue , mile two , I still feel strong. Mile three can I do it, should I take a break ?
