My 1 full week of hot pants, clean diet, and exercise resulted in 4lbs of weight lost followed by 2 weeks of being sick, and weight went from 154 to 158.6. I'm glad to report that the size I ordered fits well. They are noisy and sound like sandpaper when I walk and was a little itchy at first, but fine now. I had them on for 30 mins and my thighs started to get clammy, then I exercised for 25 mins on treadmill and I did sweat a lot more than normal not only in the pants, but in other places too. I wore then to work tonight so I will have them on for approximately 11 hrs, so we'll see. If al... I ended up walking for 50 minutes and tried to eat as decent as possible. Instead of using white flour to make roti, I used whole wheat flour and only ate a small piece. Other things I ate were a fiber one bar, chicken chilli, oatmeal with peanut butter, roti and like .25 cup cooked potato, low fat yogurt with some cherrios, and had goldfish for snack.
