I worked my bum off doing air squats before dinner and the sexy legs workout after dinner. I'm going to start doing squats before every meal. I try to do between 20-30 of them. The more the better. I had 3/4 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch with 1 cup milk, 1.5 scrambled eggs with lean ham and turkey, 1/2 a slice of American cheese melted on top and a little bit of ketchup. Very filling... Today I was at 317ish. After today I'm just going to weigh myself every other day I think. Nothing too fancy going on today. Just cleaning and working out. Once Evan leaves I'll do my work out. Until then I've just been working on all the cleaning. Easy peasy. I wonder if I've lost any inches yet. It's been 8 days so I'm sure I've lost something. Walked for quite a while as well so I burned some calories. Me and Evan have awesome sunburns, I managed to wreck my feet from walking back to the car.
