We repeated week 2 because none of us (and by none of us, I mean my mom, my sister, and I) felt that we were ready to move on to the extra 30 seconds they added to the running in Week 3. It is a pretty popular program and most people have heard of it before. If not, I encourage you to google it! <BR> <BR> The basic point of the program is to get you from a coach potato into a runner - to be able to run for 30 minutes! You do it three times a week.
