I also wrote a blog with my beginnign stats. <BR> Day 2 did the video (OW!!!) ate all my fruits and walked for 40 minutes. <BR> Day 3(today) did the pushups, walked 50 minutes and doing the video tonight. <BR> <BR> The next 3 days will be interesting because I work. You don't realize how much accumulates and how quickly until you have to go through and move it. Same as trying to ditch the unhealthy habits and stuff taking up time. Guess it was the snorkelling, walking to waterfalls, and hiking those stairs to my room 4-10 times a day. Ate lots of fruit and fish and not many desserts (only 2 that I can think of!) <BR> When we went to Iao Valley, we climbed stairs to the view point. Work upped my hours and I'm tired when I get home. Between that and the show, I didn't do much this week in the exercise department. The show ends this weekend, so that will drop some of the stress. That got me motivated to stay on track through a Sweet 16 party(mexican food and cake). Took mostly meat and had only 6 chips and loaded on the salsa. It helped that we helped set up and clean up, moving lots of chairs and tables and such. It definitely helped. <BR> I even survived picking up McDonald's for everyone who was helping set up---I ran by the store and got hummus and snap peas to munch on instead of a cheeseburger and fries...
