So what's new? 39 I have been "maintaining" for about five years now. I had to bite the bullet because I needed to go in to get a flu shot, a refill on my acid reflux meds and I wanted to see about getting a Shingles vaccine. Both of my sisters came down with Shingles last year and it was awful. I also am due to have my cho... Thu, 12 Sep 2013 06:06:06 EST I KNEW it was too good to be true! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5482990
Last week I tried Ajinomoto Vegetable Chow Mein from Sam's Club in the frozen section.
