If I could just stay focused, and not let other people interrupt my time I would do a lot better. I have a problem with saying NO to other people. <BR> <BR> I am learning to keep taking baby steps and not just give up. I stopped exercisig last July and haven't been back on track. However my co-worker and I take a 5 minute break and run in place, stretch, punches, etc. every 99 minutes. Some days we are too busy when the timer goes off, but we try to do... Tue, 24 Feb 2009 08:29:15 EST The struggle to stay focus It seems like the more I try, the more I struggle. YO-YO dieting has been my adult life. BUT - now it won't go away. It seems like it's part of the menopausal curse some women suffer. <BR> <BR> I was exercising diligently, but I keep running into obstacles from lower back pain with the machines/weights, ham and knee problems on the treadmill to tendonitis in my thumbs with the weights from water exercises. <BR> <BR> Now that school has started back, I have to pick up my grandchildren...
