As I work rotating 12 hour shifts and a 45 minute drive each way to work and home it is hard to be consistant at going to work out at the gym. I do go on my days off. <BR> The last 2 night I have been riding an exercise bike for 35 minutes a night at work. <BR> Tonight I also did some weight lifting. <BR> I am also trying to get use to contact lenses.
