The last two weeks I went into self-destruct mode. Why did this happen? Honestly, the only thing I can think of is, somewhere deep down inside I don't want to succeed at losing weight. <BR> <BR> I had decided on this current weight-loss journey that I would only weigh-in once a month. The early part of March I could feel my clothes getting loose. Then things starting falling apart emotionally...grrr! I decided to not fight it and give in. <BR> <BR> Wh... Instead I shoveled my driveway, and it actually tried to rain during the process; that's March for you! <BR> <BR> Anyhow... I am a month into my new weight-loss journey. It's weird not weighing myself (I will weigh-in the first week of April); I do feel better, my clothes feel a bit looser, too. I did hit some clearance racks over the weekend, it was fun! <BR> <BR>...
