I used to be able to eat what I wanted and then run for 1 half an hour and loose a couple of lbs. Now that I'm 43 everything seems to have slowed down. I'm feeling a little frustrated today. For 2 or 3 weeks now I've been exercising 5 to 6 days a week (yoga, walking & occasionally a run) and I've been eating better for the most part too but my weight doesn't seem to want to come off. The only problem is the pleasure doesn't last and really doesn't leave me satisfied and often makes me want more. Through reading and researching I am learning that many processed foods have ingredients in them that make you want more food instead of satisfying that hunger.
