Remembering what my doctor told me, I increased my water intake & wore my compression socks & glove (for right hand) all day. <BR> <BR> Still a little swollen, but the swelling is gradually going down. Fri, 1 Apr 2016 00:59:19 EST Guilty... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6131334 Ok... I'll admit it. I splurged last night at the arena when I went to the hockey game. I had macaroni & cheese, (medium) fries, a Pepsi, & waffle cone / twist ice cream. <BR> <BR> At the time, I thought nothing of it. But today the guilt has set in. Time to get back on track with the healthy meals. Wed, 30 Mar 2016 23:09:26 EST Exciting news... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6129803 Went to see my plastic surgeon for a follow-up appointment today. As always, I was told everything was healing nicely. What I didn't expect was to be told that I only have about 2 more months to go before I can have the final 'step' to my reconstruction surgery. My surgeon wants to wait to ensure everything is completely healed before proceeding. Either way, I'm totally psyched because I've been waiting for about a year to have the reconstruction fully completed. Day 1 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6126322 Worked 4th shift today (12 - 8 pm)... With 2 breaks during my shift, I did pretty well. By the time my 1st break rolled around, I wasn't in the mood for lunch so I opted for a cinnamon raisin bagel w/ cream cheese & a banana that I brought from home. Ate lunch around 4:30 pm... A chicken sandwich (chicken, cheese, lettuce & mayo) on marble rye & a small container (about 1 cup) of cottage cheese. Wed, 23 Mar 2016 23:30:04 EST Doing good...
