I went to a brewer game and DIDN'T have the nachos in the baseball cap, or the beer and peanuts or the long licorice rope. I ate before I went and was content with a diet coke. Don't get me wrong, I had my days where I had my red vines or my cappuccino but the true reality is that "I gotta Live!" If this is a lifestyle change instead of a diet, I will have those those things in my life,. The key is to own those moments just like I own the good days and... Boot camp isn't getting any easier but I'm starting to accept what I already knew.... Losing weight isn't easy.

My boot camp instructor was looking at my food log and noticed I seem to be having a love affair with Paul Newman. NOPE. It was harsh. During the suicide drills, I was wondering how I was going to make myself come back the next day. Running was an effort, very different from my treadmill runs but I was also having a little tightness in my chest, similar to when I'm around cats...tomorrow, I will take an allergy pill and see if that makes a difference. I find logging the ... Mon, 20 Jul 2009 22:14:02 EST Do you bootcamp? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2240355 I had been working out for the last month doing the 30 day Shred video and the couch potato to 5K program. I was doing the exercise part but not being great about the food part. Anyone knows, food and exercise go hand in hand but I wasn't ready to go all in. I was invited by a friend to attend bring a friend night at her workout bootcamp. I am heavy but consider myself in pretty good shape for at fat chick 41 . I should add I put myself through college by being in the national... Sun, 19 Jul 2009 00:48:00 EST
