And also had to have Bbq chips....uuggggggg....I actually felt miserable after it. A little too full. So I went grocery shopping after work and picked up a few more low fat foods with the thought of this being a small hill to climb over. Although I won't be wooting when the caffeine headaches kick in...geshhh.....Lunch was good, simple and low fat. <em>4</em> Dinner was a little more. I'm trying to lessen the portions without cutting out everything. Added the remaining smoothie to dinner and have already drank 5 16.9oz waters <em>194</em> .... My toughest challenge is eliminating soda from my diet and to stop using food as a stress relief.......Sooooo....Here we go. <BR> <BR> Breakfast. Tall 8oz Black Cherry Smoothie (Welches frozen kits) Made with soy milk. <BR> <BR> I noticed for myself that I need to seriously limit the food intake for improvements to be made.
