It feels so natural and great that it takes little effort to actually eat right, drink water and get to the gym. I've cut goodies out completely. I know I can have some once in awhile but for now it's a NO. As for the gym well, treadmill is my friend and I have a few machines and exercises I enjoy doing. This week I will increase the weight on those machines and see how I do. 3 days a week is still the goal. Focused on the goal. 165 here I COME!... I have ate half a sandwich and not the whole. I really need to focus on getting the good food in me. I'm not a big dessert eater. So that isn't the problem. I need to get to gym 3 days a week.
