I WANT to go to the gym or even work out with the equipment I have in the basement but I just can't seem to get up and go DO IT! Woe is me! I have come undone! I am working from home today so maybe I'll take a mid-morning break and go to the gym. More later...
24 Thu, 8 Jan 2009 05:37:36 EST A New Day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1661931 I woke up this morning feeling much better than yesterday. I was on a 500 cal. per day liquid diet last year and got down to 190 but as everyone knows when you do something that drastic it comes back with a vengence. And ye... With that in mind I am setting the following goals for myself in 2009:

1. Lose 90 lbs by the end of November, 2009
2. Track my food and exercise every day on Sparkpeople
3. Ask for help when I'm not feeling motivated
4. Don't beat myself up if I slip along the way Wed, 31 Dec 2008 06:18:03 EST And We're Off! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=1624350 This is the official start of my lifestyle change. Off goes the TV, down to the basement goes the easy chair. Eating right and exercising will now take first place over the DVR. Fri, 26 Dec 2008 08:58:51 EST
