Worked out at 0400 am this morning for 36 minutes, but didn't finish because I got nauseous. I have hypoglycemia and didn't eat my pre-planned snack and got sick as a result. <em>24</em> Now, I want to finish, but I just don't feel like it. I'm already in the habit of doing this and took my water to the store before I went to SparkCoach. It really does encourage me to drink more water throughout the day. I used to be addicted to coffee but have gotten out of the habit. It was a goal of mine to drink more water than coffee and now I am. Had to put in a conscious effort to do it at first and struggled a lot, but now it's a new habit I've developed. <em>...
