I mean this is day 86. In the past three weeks, i have done nothing but gain. no working out, no watching what I am eating. Luckily, i have only gained back about 5 pounds and not everything i worked hard for. I have noticed my arm muscles look pretty appealing, but idk. it just seems like i am at a very low point in my journey and that i eat to make me... Wed, 27 Mar 2013 23:56:42 EST Sixty Ninth Day About 3 weeks ago, we started a free trial at a new gym. It's a gym that is a part of the hospital here and is way more up to date than the one we were going to. I noticed that during the free trial, I felt like I was working alot harder than what I was at the old gym, doing the same amount of work. We decided to go ahead and join this new gym, as we felt it would be a better thing. So far, so good. I started doing the gym there for a longer amount of time than what I was doing at the old one... I gained back more weight, and then realized what I really was working that hard for, and got rid of it again. Since my restart, I have lost 12 pounds, resulting in a total of 22 pounds since Feb 2012. Wed, 23 Jan 2013 13:58:42 EST Back to the Gym we go! Boyfriend, our best friend and I have been faithfully going to the gym every day this week. We did not go today for two reasons. one because we wanted to give our bodies a rest and two, we are house sitting and have to walk the dog, something we dont usually do but made the best of it.

One thing that I have trouble with, and always have and probley always will, is tracking every single food. I usually make my decisions based upon the calories and if its enough for the calories that... Thu, 6 Dec 2012 16:21:15 EST If you are fat, don't get on my treadmill!!! Yesterday was the worst day I have had in a while. I ate out all three times yesterday, plus the couple snack stops we made at gas stations or convenince stores. However, there is a 24 hour "gym" that I found online that is close to us (about the same distance as the one I am a member at already) that we checked out yesterday. It was me, my boyfriend and his best friend. After checking it out, we decided that we would stay where we already were members at and weighed the pros and cons of each... Fri, 30 Nov 2012 14:00:25 EST Work and Me Disagree I waitress a couple nights a week at a pizza hut. Anyone who knows me, knows that I LOVE me some pizza!! When I first started, I was really into SP and watching my diet and doing alot of exercise. At work, I was drinking water and eating salads with less dressing. A few months later, I am finding myself having a full order of breadsticks, pizza and anything else we could think of making up in a shift. It is like the death of me!! This is deffinatly my weakness, and I see this and know I need ... Sun, 25 Nov 2012 23:55:50 EST
