When I left Sparkpeople, I was 218 pounds, down from 240. I completely got off track and went up to a whopping 265 pounds! It's supposed to be my rest day, but I woke up this morning to a limping bunny rabbit who had messed all over himself. I called the only emergency vet nearby, told them my situation and how far away I was, she said to bring him in. I rushed him to the vet, filled out all the paperwork, took him back to see the doctor and was told no one knew anything about rabbits, that I should take him to an exotic pets vet. They have an exercise called run lunge that murders my calves. I can usually only finish about 10 lunges before I have to stop because of the searing pain. Today, not only did I finish the whole 30 seconds, but also the 2nd set of 30 seconds. I had to stop immediately and say "did I REALLY just do that?"
