Have been doing "walks" that end up only being 3-4 miles and a few 6-7 mile hikes. We had lunch first, then saw the show. Afterwards, instead of riding home with my friends, I walked. So I walked my marathon on August 18th - proud of myself, did it in under 7 hours (6hrs 57 min) and then immediately sat on my ass and have done NOTHING for the last two months !! Yes I have walked a mile or two here and there. I have ridden my bike around the neighborhood a couple of times, but that is about it. Have eaten everything that wasn't nailed down and have put on 10 pounds. No one to blame but myself. I am back now. Resetting my goals. Getting stri... It was such a wonderful trip. The country was beautiful, the tour was so informational, the sites were awesome. I am so ready to go back! Managed to only gain 5 pounds, even though we were eating three large meals a day, and I was having a "drink" every night. We visited a Pub each evening. There were 42 of us on the bus tour.
