It really helped to keep me from going overboard. I had just about 1300 calories. I was also able to getnout for a walk. It was with my toddler in hand so it was super slowww but right now im focusing on getting us out consistently and timing and pace can come later with sitting him in the stroller so i can move fasterband go further. So, I do have to take it fairly slowly as far as my physical activities go.
