So for last little over a month have ridden my recumbent bike every morning. I set a goal for at least 30 minutes. My husband said to me have you thought of adding up your mileage to see how much you have done. So I did so this morning and it blew me out of the water. I have a total of 231.54 miles. Back to work again for a week and stress level has returned. Some days go all day except breakfast for eating. Don't feel like eating and when I get home so tired and stressed don't eat much but it is bad usually. Trying to drink more water at work but it is a struggle. Need to make myself more positive that I know. I do take healthy food choices to work but don't eat when upset.
