I could not believe that when I got on the scale and it hurt to see the number. I knew that I had gained weight but certainly didn't see myself being that size. As I'm not seeing the losses that I need to keep me motivated. I look at the successes of my fellow Sparkers and I know that it's possible to lose the weight but I don't know how to get there. My day is so hectic that I have no energy to exercise by the end of the day. I work my butt off at work, rush to pick up my little one, get home cook dinner, try to do some cleaning, spend time with the kids and then plop down to sleep. ... My first full week of Spark I lost 3lbs. That's huge for me and I know that I can and will do better. So, I've decided to set some goals: <BR> <BR> 1. Drink water - at least 8 -12 per day <BR> 2. Exercise at least 3 - 5 per week (huge challenge) <BR> 3. Walk 2X per week (30 -45) <BR> 4. Drink 1 - 2 sodas per week (eventually down to zero) <BR> 5.
