Today was my rest day, so I prepared myself for the big challenge which will start tomorrow. I took out my exercise mat, I looked for two bottles(which will act as dumbbells). I've tried a lot to change my habits, but in vain. I always knew that I was overweight, but today, while filling in the information to be a member of sparkpeople, I realised that I'm OBESE <em>39</em> . <BR> I'm 23 years old.
