I have been up to my eyeballs in work and also been very sick. I am proud through because since joining Spark I have lost 20 pounds. Probably more then that cause I kept putting it back on but still since January of this year I have lost that 20 pounds AGAIN and this time it isn't coming back!! I had to change my ticker today because I had gone below my goal weight. I am so excited about that. My next 20 pound goal is to get to 158.... The next day I put in the step by step learning disk. OMG!!! I don't know about even trying the activate disk. Which puts everything you learn together to start the workout. I had 2 slices of wheat bread with 2 whole eggs and 2 tablespoons of miracle whip light (yeah..i know..gross! but it is good) That was for breakfast. Seeing the whole goal on there was starting to be discouraging. I figure if I broke it down into smaller goals I would be able to see progress better.
