I started losing weight because my gastorentologist told me if I did not I would die in 10 yrs. or less. In trying to find my faulty gallbladder they also found I had fatty liver. So I went on a journey to loss 100#. I did that and more. A good friend introduced me to SP. she used it to track her fitness and loved the site. She saved my life starting in Jan. 2008.
