IF WE WANT TO EXCEL IN OUR BID TO BECOME FIT, PRETTY, OR FAT, AND HAPPY, THEN WE MUST HAVE THE DISIPLINE TO D... Sat, 15 Dec 2012 08:46:44 EST Embrassment at the local gym http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5143579 As an ex-gym goer and employee(I have my gym at home now) I was taken aback when I read a persons experience with their hometown gym. If I was still working at the gym, the first thing I would do is take the time to show the prospected member our equipment, what each piece does, how its affects the muscles or body part being worked. The cost of a membership would be the last thing I would bring up, and when I did bring it up I would work with client on a payment plan suitable to their afforda... Thu, 22 Nov 2012 16:14:39 EST My Journey With Heart Disease http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5139392 I used to be a long distance trucker with the Russell Stover Candies company. Flown out of my home to a very famous learning hospital I was given angioplasty and sent home... Sun, 18 Nov 2012 14:33:37 EST
