I don't need to go into detail as to what it was but it is something that i have wanted for myself for years but too afraid to do it. Well today I did and im so happy. I want this to be a day of new beginnings , i want to work hard and get to a healthy weight. I ready to move forward now.. I used to exercise failthfully and this year im not sure what happened, i have been so tired and not motivated to do much of anything . So glad i exercised today.. I know when i snack i do it in front of the tv. Now i have a new rule, if i snack watching tv it can only be vegetables -no dips, fruits or light popcorn. One of my very favoirte things to snack on is chips and salsa or hummus, so now if i have this it can't be in front of the tv. I have to say i am eating much less and choosing healthier options. I wake up feeling so much better. Tonight may be a challange since i am working a 10-10 shift. my normal routine was to always have a meal or a big snack after work as a treat for a long day. Started out eating a healthy for breakfast and then had a nice lunch. As i head toward the evening hours, i got busy caring for my elderly mother and had to get my son to and from activities at school. I was a good girl, i took my meals with me.i made sure i had my protein,fiber and fruit at breakfast and lunch, well i didn't have as much to eat.
