They evny me because I eat very healthy and they wish they could make the healthy food choices like I do. I tell them the only one that is stopping them from eating healthy is their self. They push junk food on me but I always say no thank you. I wonder if some day they will get tired of asking and me and eat it all to themselves. What a chore that is not to mention the mess. It's been up there for a spell and everything from dust to dead spiders hangs in the shadows. My task today is to organize and save kittens for the adoption program. They all need to be vaccinated, wormed, bathed and given flea and heartworm medication. I just love my job saving animals. Sun, 26 May 2013 06:49:14 EST Healthy feeling without a scale I don't need a scale to tell me I am healthy. I stay away from processed foods and fill up on veggies, grains, nuts, fruits and seeds. I exercise the best I can every day whether it's gardening, mowing the lawn, going for a walk or working hard at my job. I feel like I am 25 years young but still have some aches and pains of old age. The notation on a scale is just a number and nothing else. They are famous for their strawberries. I had a strawberry short cake with all the trimmings - ice cream and whip cream. I ate it real slow and enjoyed every bite.
