It was a great holiday... no responsibilities, just relaxation in a very beautiful part of the world (Banff). I ate well. That is to say, I ate in nice restaurants that served healthy food, and I made good choices--without regret! I had a few indulgences, but not too many. I stayed active most of the trip, although the last 2 days in Calgary I did not get many steps in. When I got on the scale this morning, I see that I have not gained anything. Yay!! It... It's a little frustrating, and I'm trying to figure out what I can do to move things along. I think that for about 3 weeks I wasn't eating enough calories, so I have increased my food intake. There have been lots of interruptions to routine that make it hard to track food, as well as a few weeks of feeling very poorly. On top of that, we had record snowfall here and the snowbanks in front of my house are 8 feet tall. Sidewalks were covered in ice after a few mild days, and walking outside has been very treacherous.
