Yes, sometimes I want to get up and eat a little something, especially when I'm watching TV, but I keep my goal in mind and wait a little until the hunger feeling passes, and it does! Don't give in right away, I actually learned that from Weight Watchers and Dr. Phil. It is simular from when I quitt smoking. Wait and breath, let the feeling, emotion pass. Yipee! I started eating right on Monday, worked out every day since Tuesday, lost one pound, but I am not disappointed, because I feel great. My body really feels so much more healthy and stronger already.
